由於氣候與地理條件，強風、岩石裸
露，植物僅能生長於岩縫與土層較厚
之處，面對嚴苛環境所展現的各式各
樣生存方式，面對瞬息萬變的島嶼生
活，不斷的萌生或退去。作品在梅石
基地的破碎混凝土塊上，嘗試以濱海
植物呈現此地的生命形式。(馬祖梅石)
In this harsh coastal environment
with strong winds and exposed
rocks, plants sur vive only in
crevices and deeper soil patches.
The artwork uses coastal plants on
broken concrete to represent local
life forms, adapting to the island's
changing conditions. (Mazu)
